With over 15 years experience working in Quality Hotels and Restaurants Nationwide from Lands-end to John o Groats, with 12years of those in fine dining London establishments. I am a passionate and enthusiastic member in any brigade both big and small in Hotels / Restaurants / Pubs, and consider myself highly competent and motivated throughout all sections of any kitchen and any situation !. I am a vastly a experienced Freelance Chef / Consultant that can "hit the ground running" and available worldwide for short-term and long-term contracts, as well as private dining experiences. I contract on a self-employed basis so there are no agency fees or other contributions to be payable by my clients, I am also company house and VAT registered.
