             My passion is for using Fresh, Local, Quality Products where ever and as much as possible. With over 15 years experience working in Quality Hotels and Restaurants Nationwide from Lands-end to John o Groats, with 15years of those on the London scene in luxury Hotels / Restuarants. I am a passionate and enthusiastic member in any brigade both big and small in Hotels / Restaurants / Pubs, and consider myself highly competent and motivated throughout all sections and in sole charge of any kitchen and any situation, taking on all duties including all daily tasks including menu planning, meeting, ordering and stock rotation.

              I'm am a level headed experienced Freelance Chef  that can "hit the ground running" and available worldwide for short-term and long-term contracts, as well as private dining experiences. I contract on a self-employed basis and invoice on a weekly/daily basis, so there are no agency fees or other contributions to be payable by my clients, I am also company house and VAT registered.
